Leading a team of developers in order to fully customize DN's TP.NET solution for French multinational retailer of personal care and beauty products. The goal was to open first Sephora’s store in Seoul / SouthKorea. One of the obstacles were the fact that development team was placed in Mumbai / India and contained people that I previously trained on site.
